Being “triggered” or having your “button” pushed is exactly that, reacting hard and fast to a situation that might appear non-threatening to others.  Triggers are behaviors we learned earlier in life to protect ourselves from trauma that have now outlived their use in our day to day lives. Learn how to identify your triggers, and manage them so that you are more in control of your life.
