We all feel hurt and angry at times. What we do with that feeling makes the difference between our mental and physical health as well as in our relationships with others. Holding on to anger and resentment is actually toxic emotionally and physically. Forgiveness is something we do for our own good, not the person we have been angry with. We can forgive without making the other person right, agreeing with, or validating the other person. This workshop leads you through exercises and guides you down the forgiveness process.
