Let’s share tips and tools on things we have found useful for good health and wellness as we navigate through our breakup’s and/or divorce.

Wind down Wednesdays – BYO fav drink and join us each Wednesday as we come together over zoom on a different theme topic each week. Some weeks we’ll break you up into smaller groups based on your circumstance (age group, kids/no kids, geography, etc.) to get to know each other. These hangouts are a great way to connect with others, get some advice, give some advice and maybe crack a smile 🙂
