I know this is what’s best for us, but that doesn’t make it easy. I’m distracting myself as much as possible but the minute I go to bed at night, my brain just starts going back down memory lane and making me sad and anxious. Does it ever stop :(?
Sure feels like it never ends. But it does.
It gets better! Maybe its time for a rebound 😉
Try turning on the TV at night and getting into a new show to engage your thoughts!
Keep busy! Exercise! Make yourself so tired at night that you pass out immediately!

It works for me! I go to work, come home and work out, make dinner, clean up and by the time it’s bed time – I’m OUT cold!!
It doesn’t ever get easier in my opinion, but it gets less frequent and less intense. Time heals.
