    I’m losing weight. Like a lot. Many people have commented on it and I just respond that I’m on the divorce diet and laugh. I’ve probably lost about 15 pounds in the past 2 months. Is this normal?


    Stress will do that to you. Make it a priority to eat better and fuel your body.


    Its hard to think about eating when your sick to your stomach. Try to drink extra water to make up for your lack of eating. I lost 30lbs total after evreything and am just finally starting to gain back in a healthy way with working out and eating better. The pain will start to fade adn you will get through it!


    Eat a hamburger! Eat all the hamburgers!


    If you’re really concerned about it, make sure to get a check up from your doctor to make sure your health is in order. It’s completely normal and I’m sure it happens to many people in situations of major stress.
    dearprudence Anytime you feel even the slightest bit of under, make sure you act on it. ie: stuff your face with things that make you happy!!
